Who we are

Osa Games (“we”) develops puzzle games for mobile devices and runs this website. For any privacy question write to support@osagames.com.

This website

If you use our contact form or newsletter we store the details you send (name, email, message) only to answer you or to send the updates you asked for. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address for an hour-level spam limit. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies on this site. A technical session cookie protects our forms.

Our games

Game progress, settings and streaks are stored on your device. We do not require an account.

Free versions of our games show ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and approximate location to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area and the UK we ask for your consent first through Google's consent message, and you can change your choice any time from the privacy option in the game settings. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We only receive confirmation that the purchase is valid, never your payment details.

Children

Our games are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by writing to support@osagames.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in our games or on this page.
